I could not uninstall as that file to was corrupt. I deleted the folder (jre_10) and manually deleted all keys that matched the name (jre,jdk,www.doorway.ru) inside the registry. restarted and reinstalled java. I never tried to re-install before I manually deleted the registry entries so I cannot say if the above will help you.
